Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every order placed with PepPure. Please pay particular attention to the intended use of our products: they are intended solely for research and laboratory use.

1. Who we are
PepPure is a trade name of Peppro, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42154286, VAT number NL869953709B01, established at Torenlaan 5, 1402 AT Bussum, the Netherlands. You can reach us at info@peppure.nl and on WhatsApp at +31 85 016 01 22.
2. Definitions
- We, PepPure: the company referred to in article 1.
- You, the customer: any natural person or legal entity placing an order with us.
- Consumer: a customer who is not acting in the course of a profession or business.
- Products: the research materials and supplies we offer through peppure.nl.
- Cooling-off period: the period within which a consumer may cancel the agreement.
3. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer we make and every agreement concluded through our website. You can read, save and print them before placing an order. Deviations only apply if we agree them with you in writing.
4. For research and laboratory use only
All our products are intended solely for in-vitro research and laboratory use by qualified persons. They are not medicines, dietary supplements or cosmetic products, and they are not intended for human or animal consumption or for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
By ordering, you declare that:
- you are 18 years of age or older;
- you will use the products solely for research and laboratory purposes;
- you will not resell or supply the products for any other use;
- you are aware of and comply with the rules that apply to these substances in your country.
We give no advice on use, dosing or application in humans or animals. If we have reason to believe an order is not intended for research, we may refuse or cancel it. Any amount already paid will then be refunded.
5. The offer
We describe our products as accurately as possible, with a Certificate of Analysis for each batch. Images are illustrations and may differ from the product delivered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us. Every offer is valid while stocks last.
6. The agreement
The agreement is concluded as soon as you have completed your order and payment has succeeded. You will receive a confirmation by email. We may refuse an order for good reason, for example if there is doubt about its intended use (article 4), if details are incorrect or if fraud is suspected.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you pay. You pay in advance by iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card. Payment is handled by our payment service provider; we do not receive or store card details.
8. Delivery
We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. We ship with PostNL, in plain packaging. Orders placed and paid before 10 pm on a business day are usually shipped the same day. Delivery times are indicative; exceeding them does not entitle you to compensation. If delivery is not possible within 30 days, you may cancel the agreement free of charge and receive a refund.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or your pickup point.
9. Returns and right of withdrawal
We do not take products back, except where the law requires us to.
Opened products. For reasons of health protection, hygiene and product safety, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products whose seal has been broken after delivery. We do not take back or refund a vial whose seal or crimp cap has been opened.
Unopened products, consumers only. If you are a consumer, you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt. To use it, notify us within that period at info@peppure.nl or with the model form below, and return the product within 14 days of your notification: unopened, with the seal intact and in its original packaging. The cost and risk of returning it are yours. We inspect every return; if the seal is broken or the product is not in its original condition, the right to a refund lapses. Once approved, we refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs within 14 days.
Business customers. If you order as a business, there is no cooling-off period and returns are not possible.
10. Quality, damage and complaints
We guarantee that the products match their description and the Certificate of Analysis of the batch delivered. Check your delivery as soon as you receive it.
Is a vial damaged, did you receive the wrong product or is something missing? Let us know as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receipt, at info@peppure.nl, with your order number and photos of the packaging and the product. You do not need to return damaged or incorrect products unless we ask you to.
We will then always first send a replacement shipment free of charge. A refund is only given if the replacement shipment is also not in order, or if replacement is not possible, for example because the product is out of stock. If your parcel has not arrived, we investigate with PostNL and then send a new shipment free of charge.
We handle other complaints within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may as a consumer submit the dispute to the competent court.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, unless the damage is caused by intent or deliberate recklessness on our part. We are not liable for damage resulting from use of the products contrary to their intended use (article 4), from incorrect storage or handling after delivery, or from failure to follow the product information.
If you use the products contrary to article 4, you indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from that use.
12. Personal data
We handle your data with care. Our privacy policy explains exactly how.
13. Governing law
These terms and every agreement with us are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in Belgium, you retain the protection of the mandatory rules of Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law mandatorily designates another court.
