Shipping and returns
We ship from the Netherlands with PostNL, discreetly packed. Below you will find what shipping costs, how long it takes and how returns work.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: €6.95
- Belgium: €9.95
- Free shipping on orders of €150 or more, in both countries.
We do not currently ship to other countries.
Delivery time
Ordered and paid before 10 pm on a business day, your order leaves with PostNL the same day. In the Netherlands the parcel usually arrives the next business day, in Belgium usually within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking code by email. If you are not at home, PostNL leaves the parcel at a nearby PostNL point.
Packaging
Your order is packed in a plain box with no reference to the contents, with protective and insulating filling. The vials are sealed and carry a batch number that matches the Certificate of Analysis.
Returns
We do not take products back, except where the law requires it.
- Opened or unsealed: never returnable, for reasons of hygiene and product safety.
- Unopened and sealed, as a consumer: you have the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt. Notify us within that period at info@peppure.nl. Return costs and risk are yours, and we refund once we have received the product unopened with the seal intact.
- Business orders: no returns.

Damaged, incorrect or not received
Is a vial damaged, is something missing or did you receive the wrong product? Let us know as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days, at info@peppure.nl or on WhatsApp, with your order number and photos of the packaging and the product. We will then always first send a replacement free of charge; there is no need to send anything back. You only get a refund if the replacement is also not in order or not possible.
If your parcel has not arrived after 5 business days, contact us. We will look into it with PostNL and then send a new shipment free of charge.
